Research for Certificate of Incorporation Documents

The Private Capital Research Institute has created a library containing many of the legal filings of venture-backed companies. The documents include Certificates of Incorporation (Original and restated), Merger documents, Preferred Stock designations, Amendments, and Certificates of Dissolutions.

HOW TO ACCESS:
You will need to apply for access to the PCRI COI document database that is hosted on the Smartroom platform at the Harvard Business School. Please submit a 1-2 paragraph description of your research topic.
